Guidelines/checklists have been developed for professional and classified staff, full-time and part-time faculty, department chairs, managers/directors/coordinators. These guidelines are intended to help readers of the Self-Study focus their attention on areas that they might be asked about by an evaluator. These guidelines are not intended to be all inclusive, but are simply an indication of the types of general questions one might be expected to answer as part of an interview by an evaluator. Additionally, more specific questions might be asked regarding specific job related activities and information.

Please keep in mind that the Self-Study is a snapshot of the college during the fall of 2003. Evaluators will be here to attempt to verify what they have already read in the Self-Study. They will not be here to try to trick anyone or get someone to say the wrong thing. Just answer any questions they may have as clearly, accurately, and truthfully as possible.
